Motorcycle parts are widely used in deformed aluminum alloy materials such as motorcycle body frame, forks, brackets, rims and exchanger parts.
At present, the aluminumization rate of motorcycles is about 53% (automobiles with aluminum frames). Although it is not comparable to aircrafts (aluminization rate is about 80%), it is higher than that of automobiles (aluminization rate is about 8%-16%). It is much higher, and the proportion of deformed materials is also high. About 40% of motorcycles are deformed parts, mostly use high-strength aluminum alloys such as 2014, 2017, 5083, 7075, 7050.
