Production process of extruded aluminum billet
1. Melting process
The ultimate goal of the casting process is to produce aluminum rods that meet the requirements. To produce these aluminum rods, it is necessary to go through the process.
Smelting→casting→saw bar→aluminum rod homogenization→cooling, washing rod→aluminum rod advancement.
2. Extrusion process
Preparation before pressing → extrusion → stretching straightening → sawing finished product → frame repairing
3, aging process
6061-T6 state: cooling after solution heat treatment to achieve high strength. No longer cold working
6061-T6511 state: After solution heat treatment, it is cooled to achieve high strength, and then the straightening process is corrected.
6061-T651 state: After solution heat treatment, the crucible is high strength and then cold-stretched by a stretching machine to eliminate the residual internal stress after heat treatment, so as not to deform after deep processing to ensure the precision of the machined product.
