When industrial aluminum profiles are produced and processed, how to control the hardness is the key. If it is slightly unqualified, it will cause trouble to users. The following are our company's recommendations.

1. The extrusion frame of aluminum profile should not be too dense, and there should be a gap between the material and the material, especially the small material and thick material interval which are not ventilated, and the spacing between the pipe material and the small material and the plate material is larger. The pipe material is placed below to facilitate the aging cycle to supply air.

2. Temperature setting and control: Generally, there is a certain error between the temperature and the display temperature. When setting the table temperature, it should be set according to the actual temperature of the furnace, and pay close attention to the temperature fluctuation.

3, aluminum profile aging insulation: rigorously in accordance with the process requirements for aging, insulation time should be appropriate to prevent under-aging or over-aging, resulting in insufficient hardness.

4. Before the furnace is installed in the aluminum profile, the other special alloys of 6xxx should be separated from the ordinary 6063 alloys. Because of the production reasons, it is necessary to take the special alloy process for aging.
