The long-term use temperature is 95 degrees (50 years, IMPa), the maximum use temperature is 110 degrees, and the large-diameter aluminum tube has a small thermal expansion coefficient. It has the same thermal expansion coefficient as aluminum, only one-sixth of the total plastic tube. When the temperature changes, the deformation amount is small, and the large-diameter aluminum tube is a flexible coil, and the pipeline itself can digest a certain amount of deformation, and does not cause thermal expansion deformation of the pipeline system. The high and low temperature resistance of the whole plastic pipe is relatively poor. The long-term use temperature of PPR is only 70 degrees (50 years, IMPa) and the maximum operating temperature is 95 degrees. At the same time, the PPR pipeline has a large expansion coefficient. When it is changed by the external water temperature (cold and hot water), it has a large original deformation. Since the PPR pipe is a rigid straight pipe, it cannot digest the deformation itself, so it is easy to cause the system to bend or even leak.
2, long service life
The PE plastic used in the aluminum-plastic composite pipe has a molecular chain structure (-CH2-CH2-) which is relatively stable, and because the middle aluminum layer of the large-diameter aluminum pipe separates the inner and outer layers, the outer plastic is allowed to be added enough to resist light and oxygen aging. The stabilizer does not affect the inner layer hygiene of the contact water, thereby enhancing its anti-aging properties.
3, outstanding hygienic performance
The inner and outer layers of the large diameter aluminum tube are made of special polyethylene material, which is clean and non-toxic. The most important thing is that the middle layer of the large-diameter aluminum tube is aluminum, which not only can block light, but also block oxygen. It is well known that the environment of axillary microorganisms must be photo-aerobic. The middle aluminum layer of the large-diameter aluminum tube eliminates the growth of microorganisms and algae, which is beyond the reach of large-diameter aluminum tubes. The large-diameter aluminum tube not only adds a large amount of antioxidants to prevent the degradation of the material, but also the antioxidant is extracted into the water retained in the pipeline, which is easy to cause water pollution, and because there is no light-blocking oxygen-blocking material in the large-diameter aluminum tube, it is extremely easy to lick. The microorganisms cause secondary pollution of water quality.
