Then the precision rolling mill is used for precise rolling. Generally, the precision of the rolling mill can be controlled within 0.01mm. Of course, the finishing mill here is a new mill instead of the old equipment that was eliminated in the 1990s. The cast coil is repeatedly rolled to roll the billet to the desired thickness. This is the second most important step in the production of aluminum sheet.
Then, it is necessary to trim and clean the rolled coil. The trimming is to cut the edge of the unfavorable edge after rolling, and the cleaning is because the finishing mill is a billet rolled in the rolling oil. Surface oil must be cleaned up.
Finally, annealing and flattening and packaging are performed. The annealing is placed in a constant temperature annealing furnace for a period of time. The internal grain size of the aluminum plate is changed by high temperature to obtain various mechanical properties and elongation, and then the flattening process is required after the annealing is completed. After processing, various packaging is carried out. Most enterprises use the above several steps to produce aluminum sheets.
